Support Options

Log into your Admin Portal at Kibosh.com and go to Help Desk > Create New...

This is the preferred way to get help as tickets will not get lost (like emails can), and you will have a history.

Usually you can find someone at Kibosh.com between 08.00 - 8.00 PM EST.

Just open a live Chat Session and and someone will join.

If no one joins:

  1. Leave a message and we'll get back with you asap.
  2. Keep trying until you get someone.

If you need remote support - install the Kibosh Quick Support Agent and have your ID and Password ready.

If you would like to speak to someone, schedule a Live Support Session - go to Kibosh Support Calendar and pick a time.

This will be a Teams Meeting (audio only) with a phone number to call if you're unable to do the virtual meeting.
