Your product is amazing, it just goes and goes.
The local school has a Barracuda with another device under it, and your little Kibosh box, although it can’t handle the same volume, is better than all of them!

The kibosh router worked right out the box and you know teens they found a loophole after about 3 months of use “proxy servers” but as soon as i added proxy to the list to be blocked no more loophole and trust me i have tried all equipment and programs nothing compares to the kibosh i personally trust and believe it will block 99.9%…. Excellent router. Lots of flexibility to tailor parental controls to user needs. Prompt technical support. I feel the marketing of this router could be more aggressive as I am sure there are many parents who could take advantage of it, but unaware that this product exists.

I’ve been looking for this product for a long time. I’ve had multiple failures with Windows-based products (not even worth the bother — smart kids figure them out — long before you find out they breached the wall). I knew I needed a router-based solution, and tried myself to configure my existing router to cloud-based filters. Then I finally got a referral to this BucTools router– I had no idea it was out there, and its features are far superior. Best of all, it takes away the pain and guesswork with amazing customer support and technical resources. I could go on and on. I can’t thank you enough.

My wife and I spent hundreds of dollars on software to block the filth on the internet from or children and this is the only product that actually does what it is supposed to do without being a pain. It is easy to set up and filters the filthy content without locking you out of everything else.

I wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU for your product. I am a parent of two very tech savvy kids (11 & 13) and do my best to stay several steps ahead of them. I’ve used several options over the past couple of years, but none of them has worked as well as the BUC Tools router (especially now that they are smart phone users and start to stream from a variety of sources). I’ve used it for almost 2 months now and I am starting to appreciate it more and more.
I saw that the Pro router just went up on Amazon and I left the first 5 star feedback for you. I am sure there will be many more. I hope the user base will grow, so that you can continue to develop and improve an already great product. It is sorely needed!”

“I don’t understand why it was so hard to find you guys online. I plugged your PRO router inline between our ISP modem and an Untangle server to protect our students. It was surprisingly easy to setup, and the protection is great. I would highly recommend this product.”

The first one sent to me appeared damaged in transit. The company was contacted and I had another in my hands within 24 hours. Very good service. “I bought the Gatekeeper through the parent site. I’m not tech savvy, but I was still able to get it hooked up without a problem. You just change the password to your internet network, don’t let your children know that new password, but do tell them the password to the Gatekeeper network, and if they want internet the only network they’ll have access to is the Gatekeeper. It was as simple as that. Plus, because I chose to pay the $29.95 per year fee, I could call for tons of help over the phone. I did end up calling because I wanted to change the default password for our wireless usage. ‘Scott’ was very helpful and patient. The Gatekeeper does work. I tried to log onto inappropriate sites and used key words to no avail. Also, the Gatekeeper did not interfere with You Tube or FaceBook or my boys’ Xbox Live. If there are any issues, you can just call and they’ll help you fix it. I love this product, and although I have a very limited budget, I feel that the Gatekeeper was well worth the money. “

“This worked perfectly. I had a problem configuring it and called the 800 number. They got me working within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this product. You will probably want to subscribe to the service also. It is $29.95 a year but its worth it also. With the subscription service you get more filtering capability. All your searches go through the blocker keeping your family safe. I have tested it from every angle I can think of and it works! “

“I purchased this router this summer and have been very pleased. I needed at little help at first getting it set up and squared away and sentrydns provided excellent, responsive and quick help via email and even telephone. It filters very well (even on youtube!) and search images are safe now. I also bought the SentryDNS Pro subscription (not required) from their website. I really appreciate that I can set multiple time limitations/ white & blacklists per device/computer. This is a function that is very important when you have a large array of ages and needs in one household. We have dumped the software we were using to TRY to keep the internet safe. This router is way less cumbersome and much better at filtering! “

“I bought this a few months ago but delayed installing it as summer was busy and I was anxious about it messing up my network. With teenage kids I have innumerable devices and I barely have the skills and time to manage it. I didn’t want my ‘clients’ up in arms. I put this on yesterday and as of this morning it is still working great. It was even easier to install than I expected. Minor issue with the Chrome toolbar, but I applied the browser add-on found in the quicklinks and it cleared it up immediately. I seem like a genius to my family.”

“This was easy to setup, and we haven’t had any problems for a few months now. From what I can tell it seems to do everything it claims (block porn!). It also filters Google images and videos which was a concern for me (my son is in IT so I know about these things). This gives me peace of mind knowing my grand kids aren’t looking at something they shouldn’t, and I don’t have to look over their shoulder every five minutes. “I’ve played with different parental control apps, DNS Redirector, OpenDNS, K9 Web Protection, and I have to say yours is the best. The first 2 don’t block search engine images. “I think I may have been one of the first to buy this product from the company’s website. The Gatekeeper does exactly what it claims, it blocks pornography. It’s setup is easy, simply plug it in, connect your broadband and all of the devices in your house are instantly protected. The only problem that I can see is that it works so well you probably won’t even notice it’s there. But, try to intentionally find some naughty stuff and you will soon see how well this product works! If you have children who use the internet, this product is a MUST! You may think that your kids are innocent and would never look at bad stuff, but you would be amazed at what kids can find unintentionally. I did have a one instance where a site was blocked that shouldn’t have been blocked, but the block page contains a link to report false positives. One click and about 2 hours later (they must have staff that reviews these requests) and the site was unblocked. Anyway, I can now rest assured that I can let my 3 kids use the internet without me hovering over them the entire time. “

“I would like to relate a success story of the Gatekeeper preventing our 14yo from researching some topics he’d been put up to by school mates! Very happy that he couldn’t get access to what he was trying to see thanks to Gatekeeper (pictures and text, nothing hard core, so definitely wouldn’t have been caught by ISP or government filtering). The search term logging allowed us to have a fruitful discussion about acceptable online behavior since he couldn’t deny what he’d been looking for!
His mum was mortified about the search, but thankful for BUC seamlessly covering all the devices in the house – laptop, ipod and android tablet.
