Question: is there a whitelist only mode?
Answer: Kibosh 3.0 blocks the bad stuff by default: websites, images, videos, search terms, and bypass technologies like Tor and Private Relay to ensure a reliably enforced and protected Family Safe Internet environment.
A.) This is your baseline of internet protection in place now.
B.) On top of this baseline – you can control access to any websites like roblox, netflix, etc., which you can do with Custom Filters (learn more).
C.) You can also block Top Level Domains (.TLD) – if you want to get really tight with security, this is a powerful feature be careful (learn more).
With the above layers of security, implementing a whiltelist only mode, which we did offer with 2.0 so we have experience with it, seems of limited value and has been put in the back burner queue.
But if our customers keep asking for this, we will implement it.
