Installing & re-Installing the KiboshVPN is usually a smooth process which you can see here.
If the VPN install process fails (the install process stops) – the solution is easy:
- From the mobile device…
- Uninstall the KiboshVPN
- Open your Kibosh Portal
- Go to Manage Mobile
- Choose the VPN Slot this mobile device is assigned to (see how to assign)
- Tap re-install
- Follow the prompts
Repeat the above and the KiboshVPN will eventually install.
These steps apply to both iOS and Android.
