Open a ticket: if your Portal shows Internet speed too slow
Second: – why do you believe your Internet is slow?
- Do you notice any difference in your normal browsing and internet usage?
- Can you stream YouTube / Amazon Prime / Live TV seamlessly?
Open a ticket: “when I open this site it takes too long to open…” (try to give us something to replicate).
Third: – Baseline Slow-Internet Troubleshooting:
- Turn off ALL RANGE EXTENDERS if you have any
- If you’re using Range Extenders – see this RE Help Doc.
- Power-cycle your A) ISP modem, B) the Kibosh Router, and C) the PC you’re testing from.
- WAIT 15 to 30 minutes, post power-cycle, for the network to settle down.
- Continue using the internet like you normally would….
- After some time, from your Kibosh Portal …take note of the Internet Speed.
- Do you notice any difference in your normal browsing and internet usage?
- Can you stream YouTube / Amazon Prime / Live TV seamlessly?
- NOW run your speedtest – from multiple PC to verify it’s not a single device issue.
