I can still see pornography!

Q: Why did I buy this router and am paying for this monthly service if pornography can still be seen?

A: Good question, definitively answered with a quick 2-part Content Test.

Part 1 – Content Test…while connected to your Kibosh Router:

1. go to Google.com, or Bing.com and search for ‘naked porn boobs‘
   • Visually scan the Web results, looking for bad websites
   • Now click on Image results, visual scan looking for pornography
2. Now, from any browser, try to go directly to to porn.com, or boobs.com, or naked.com

This is the default Internet produced by your Kibosh at all times, on every device.

Part 2 – run this exact same test, but with Kibosh’s Internet Security turned off (which you can do in your Kibosh Portal)

1. While connected to your Kibosh Router
2. Open your Portal put your testing PC into Raw Internet Mode
3. Confirm raw internet by going to https://test.kibosh.com
   • If you get FAILED proceed to step 4
   • If you get Successful – repeat steps 2 & 3 until you get FAILED
4. Run the the Part 1. Content Test above, steps 1 & 2.

After running Part 1 and Part 2 Content Test the protection Kibosh’s Internet Security provides should be clear.

In addition to the Internet Content Filtering Kibosh also blocks and monitors Malware for your entire network.

There are many paths to explicit internet content and we have taken great pains to block them all: Apple Private Relay, Tor (browser mode), Encrypted DNS, and more.
