Troubleshooting Mobile Link Install Issues
- You can install / delete / re-install as many times as you need without breaking anything
- Try switching to the Google Chrome Browser, on the mobile device
- Always delete the Kibosh Mobile Link VPN app, on the mobile device, and start over from your Kibosh Portal
- Remember, the Kibosh Mobile Link VPN can only be installed from inside your Portal (watch how).
These steps apply to both iOS and Android.
NOTES:
- Mobile Link is VPN-layer technology that links any iOS / Android to your KiboshPortal
- Installing Mobile Link can only be done from your Kibosh Portal (not the App Store).
- Use Google Chrome or iOS Safari
- There is no limit on how many times a VPN Slot can Assigned or Re-assigned.
