Every internet connected device will show in your Portal, and will have History Logs.
History Logs for every device are displayed 3 ways:
Top Sites = the most accessed Apps / Website for that day.
Top Sites Chart = an interactive visual that also shows what time(s) a particular App / Website was accessed that day.
Logs = all the Apps / Websites access, but truncated to show only the TLD (Top Level Domain).
Raw Logs = exactly what it says, a raw unfiltered, un-truncated log of all Apps / Sites
Step-by-Step:
- From your Portal…
- Go to Devices, OR Portal > Advanced > History
- Choose the Device
- Choose History
- Pick the date(s) from drop-down
TIPS:
- History Logs are updated every 10-15 minutes so, when viewing the current day, the logs are 10-15 min from real-time.
- Two weeks of History Logs are maintained.
- History Logs can be a bit overwhelming at first, but keep checking them and you will quickly start to see patterns and that will tell you much.
