How to clear your browsers cache

Google Chrome (Desktop):

  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner → More tools → Clear browsing data
  • Select All time for the time range. 
  • Check Cached images and files (uncheck others if you want to keep cookies/saved logins). 
  • Click Clear data.
  • Close and reopen Chrome to ensure changes take effect. 

Microsoft Edge:

  • Click the three dots → Settings → Privacy, search, and services
  • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
  • Select All time, check Cached images and files, then click Clear now

Mozilla Firefox:

  • Click the menu button (three lines) → Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
  • Check Cached Web Content, uncheck Cookies and Site Data if you want to stay logged in, then click Clear

Safari (Mac):

  • Go to Safari → Preferences → Advanced → Check Show Develop menu in menu bar
  • From the Develop menu, select Empty Caches
  • Alternatively, go to Safari → Clear History and choose a time range. 

Safari (iPhone/iPad):

  • Open Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data → Confirm. 

Android (Chrome):

  • Open Chrome → Tap three dots → History → Clear browsing data
  • Select All time, check Cached images and files, then tap Clear data

⚠️ Note: Clearing cache does not delete bookmarks or passwords. However, clearing cookies may log you out of websites. Use Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) to open the clear data window quickly.
